In our capacity as a service provider to those institutions, Relcu handles nonpublic personal financial information (NPI) as a data processor subject to contractual restrictions consistent with GLBA requirements. Our Customers, as financial institutions, are responsible for providing GLBA-required privacy notices to their own customers.
Where Relcu collects NPI directly (for example, where a financial institution’s customer interacts with Relcu’s platform directly), we maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with the GLBA Safeguards Rule and the requirements of 16 C.F.R. Part 314, as updated by the FTC.
